I'm glad to hear from you. Notice, please, Ki67 activity in the previous case was much higher than in this case. Maybe it depends on the activity of the process, but I cannot found comments about it in the literature. Additionally, the crescentic histyocytes and DC are more prominent in this case.

Thank you Ugnius for this nice case. The only comment I have to add is that the importance of Ki67 should not be over estimated. As you said it might represent different degrees of stimulation possibly depending on the activity of a process we do not understand anyway.

Very nice case! Most proliferating cells in this disease are CD8+ lymphocytes, there is an interesting article on cell-cycle / apoptosis ICH in Eur J Haematol. 2004 May;72(5):322-9, Ohshima et al.
