My differential diagnosis includes a glomangioma and a hidradenoma. The clear cell change in image 6101 is rather in favor of the latter.

It is not easy to make a good guess. It is not clear if the images 6099 and 6100 are part of the tumor or just represent inflammatory changes. In my opinion (and I discussed the case with our specialist in dermatopathology) a hidradenoma or a benign adnexal tumor is a good differential diagnosis.
