INCTR - EBMWG Hematopathology Online
a young boy, 14 years old with lymphadenopathy and fever.  
biopsy (cerba) had shown a lymphoblastic lymphoma bcl2+, bcl6-, CD3-, CD5-, CD20-, and 80% of cells with Ki67.  
 
8 month later, we find 21% of blast in blood sample and 67.5% in bone marrow. These cells were MPO -  
Immunology of blood had shown : CD 34+, CD3-, CD19+,CD22-, CD79a-, HLA DR-,  
 
Then intracytoplasmic marking : cCD22- cCD3- cCD10- cIgM  
 
We just want to know what type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia do we have

Looks like a typical B-precursor leukemia to me.  
 
P.S. CD45/CD19 plot is very good for viewing B-lineage blasts

Does CD19 is enough to define lineage as lymphoid?

CD22,CD79a or CD10 one of them must be strong positive or two of them weak positive if CD19 weak positive,according WHO 2008.

CD22,CD79a or CD10 one of them must be strong positive or two of them weak positive if CD19 weak positive,according WHO 2008 to define lineage as B-lymphoid.
