Dear Collegues and friends, please find there our case, presented in EBMWG 9th bone marrow pathology course in Geneva.  
A lot of thanks to tele-hemato-pathology group and personally to moderator dr.N.Hurwitz always influencing us to select cases from group archives to international meetings. It maybe beccoming the one of important tasks in future of this group.  
Additional thanx for "Swiss Pathology United": dr.B. Borish, dr.P.Went, dr.S.Dirnhofer and dr.A.Tzankov and others for excellent Geneva meeting organisation with clear cut step to classic diagnostic histopathology back.

I wish that your words will become true, that your and Sergey's will be followed by others. Thanks to your and other members input, we have collected a considerable amount of interesting cases which can be used for such purposes.
