poorly processed BMB with bone marrow displacement by somehow foamy appearing cells. We need PAS, Giemsa, Ziehl-Neelsen and Gocott stainings as well as CD68 (or 14 or 163), s100 (and CD1a), pancytokeratin, CD117 (or tryptase), CD34 (or 31) and 7-10 unstained slides for later examinations. are there any clinical hints towards a storage or metabolic disease? are there any radiological peculiarities (perirenal? bony?)?

No bone abnormalities from scans done,will request for the extra stains
