By menas of this the descriptive diagnosis in this case might be like:  
 
"Diffusely enlarged spleen with thickened capsule presence of unremarkeble lymph follicles in the white pulp and hydrostatic changes in the red pulp, most probaly due to congestion (hepatopathy, heart failure, (subtotal) thrombosis)"
