On peripheral blood we observed poly and lymphocytes, on bone marrow smears : lymphocytes are predominant  
 
Do you know the white blood cell count and the proportion of lymphocytes in peripheral blood  
 
The picture is in favor of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) but you need to know the number of lymphocytes in peripheral blood
