CASE IS READY FOR REVIEW:
77 yrs old male with small intestinal tumor resected due to intestinal perforation. No data about previous enteropathy or sprue. MACRO: 23 cm small intestinal fragment with 4x2 cm ulcer and perforation. HISTO: Vaguelly nodular small medium large cell infiltrate with epitheliothropism and perifocal granulomas and focal necroses. At periphery- blunting of villi with lymphothropism. IH: CD3/CD2/CD7+ > CD5+(weaker); PD1+; CD4/CD8+; CD56+(weak focal); TCR-BETA -/+(weak focal); CD30-/+(focal); CD103/GRANZYME B/TIA1(-); KI67 index up to 50%. PHHOTO: the last number means BLOCK number (3 blocks presented 1, 7, 8). NEW system of virtual slides applied (Leica): please refer, if not opening in separate browser frame. PROPOSAL: Aggressive T NHL (MEITL like), probably associated with enteropathy (?). Exulceration and perforation vs just T NHL NOS (intestinal). Thanx2021.
