A 49-year old male with complaint of hypogastric pain for 5 months, constipation for 6 weeks, weight loss and a change in bowel habbit. histology showed a panmural infiltrate of sheets of medium to large non cleaved cells with vague attempts at formation of follicles. No convincing lymphoepithelial lesion was seen. Immunostained slides not available.. A tentative impression of MALToma was made.
