F/2 yrs, lytic lesion on right posterior parietal area with soft tissue involvement, extending up to dura, clinical dx: eosinophilic granuloma.

H&E and IHC are in favor of LCH.

What you show is diagnostic of LCH, yet your s100 and MPOX stainings are unspecific/not diagnostically useful (nuclear and overstained).

I support the proposed diagnosis of a LCH.

I apologize again for the lateness of this comment. The clinical history and IHC are consistent with LCH; however, it is hard for me to make out good Langerhans cell morphology in these images. I would be more comfortable with the diagnosis if I could see the cells better.
