I  received  only  these  poor slides   and     a   X-ray,  and  was  asked  for  a  second opinion;   can  we  make   a  diagnosis of     parosteal  osteosarcoma    based on these     findings ?

I don't dare to make a diagnosis by means of the x-ray and the submitted images. It looks like a large osteochondroma with a proliferating chondroid component. But a parosteal osteosarcoma cannot be ruled out.
