Pain  of  the right   shoulder  ,   6  months.  CT:  ring-enhancing     cystic  lesion     at  the  right  humeral    head  with     cortical    disruption.
 
Clinical  diagnosis:  Aneurysmal  bone  cyst ?
 
Gross: multiple   fragments,  decalcified, all  embedded.
 
Problem:    I  think it is  little   doubt  about  an  osteosarcoma,  (but it is  a   colleague). Thanks !
