There is nodular hyperplasia (images 5656,5658), but there is a focus suggestive of adenocarcinoma (all other images). Thanks for your opinion.

The last images show in my view a chronic prostatitis and prostatic glands with inflammatory changes. I don't think of a carcinoma.

this is a nodular hyperplasia and basal cell hyperplasia. Ther is no evidence of Adenocarcinoma.
