My problem: The biopsy is small, image 5833 includes nearly the entire intact tissue; the rest is necrosis and hemorrhage. This image (5833) shows necrosis which is somewhat characteristic of glioblastoma. But the nuclei are highly regular, no mitotic figures. What else could it be ? Thanks !

The resolution of detail in the images is rather limited but I agree that the pattern of cells, the ill-defined cytoplasmic outlines and processes, and the necrosis with pseudo-palisading of adjacent tumours cells all point to a diagnosis of glioblastoma.

I support the diagnosis of a glioblastoma.
