The nuclear morphology and the presence of tubular structures and occasional rosettes are all in keeping with the clinical diagnosis. The tumour is partly microcystic, as is often the case in the spinal cord. I can't see any high-grade features in the images and on the basis of what is shown would diagnose this as an ependymona (WHO grade II).

I'm of same opinion. The histology is consistent with an ependymoma.
