40 year old female, reports weight loss and epigastric pain. Treated for H. Pylori.  
Doctor reports no change in the symptoms and no change in endoscopic picture. Biopsies taken from antrum. I did not identify H Pylori on this biopsy.

tornillo 2012-04-03 23:06	There is an inflammatory infiltrate with formation of lymph follicle. I do not think this is a lymphoma; it is probably a severe gastritis. Unfortunately the quality of the images does not allow a more precise characterisation
