Prostate:  overall:  nodular   hyperplasia, however,  a   focus   with  hyperchromatic  nuclei  and  nucleoli.  In this  focus also  a lymphocytic  infiltrate.

kunze 2012-05-03 10:54	I consider this finding as a solid-cribriform variant of a benign basal cell hyperplasia with overlapping features (prominent nucleoli!) to a HGPIN.
