F/35 yrs, 8 months pregnant,  painful throat swelling for 1 and 1/2 months, received antibiotics – no improvement,  peritonsillar swelling, on examination – ulcerated swelling on soft palate and tonsil right side, punch biopsy taken, clinically - ? Malignant

tzankov 2012-08-14 13:54	I see a necrotizing B-cell predominant process. Would you please check for EBV (LMP1 and EBER) prior to further diagnostics. EBV serology would be helpfu too.
