B-cell lymphoma with follicular growth pattern; CD10 is not working, CD23 or CD21 is lacking as is Ki-67; the most probable diagnosis is follicular lymphoma low grade

Thanks Dr Tzankov. I did Ki67 & CD23. Ki67 shows high index, 30-50%. CD23 shows focal positivity. I am also thinking of B-cell lymphoma. But, CD3 is diffuse positive. Is it allowed in B-cell lymphoma?

CD3 and CD5 are identical and, at least on the figures you have uploaded, not diffusesly positive; they stain positively multiple intra- and peritumoral T-cells with an accentuated perifollicular/perinodular pattern, which is a charactiertic feature of follicular lymphoma and, mre seldom, of marginal zone lymphoma. CD23 would support the diagnosis of follicular lymphoma (would you upload a figure?)
