INCTR - EBMWG Hematopathology Online
73 yrs old male with lymph node biopsy (neck). Threpine biopsy for staging: negative (not included).  
HISTO: ALCL like sparse large "anaplastic" cell infiltrate with T CD4+ cytotoxic phenotype, enriched with histiocytes (?) and FDC network disruption.  
IH: CD3/CD4+, TIA1+, GranzymB+, Ki67+ 80%, PD1/CD10/CD8(-), Bcl6+, EBER(-), EMA(-), CD30(-).  
 
SPECIAL features: PTCL with ALCL like appearance (large cell variant?).

I agree with your hypothesis, for principla purposes I would stain the case for CD2, CD5, CD7 and ALK1. could you add a picture of CD8?

Thanx. I will append/scan (negative/ not Lennert'oid?) CD8 (and CD2/CD5/CD7 in progress).

Add data: CD2/CD5+ (as CD3) 100% >> CD7+ (about 30%), ALK1(-), CD8(-). Tumor is enriched in CD68+ Ma's. Scans willl be appended asap.

Please find CD2/CD7/CD68 (CD8 in progress, but negative). Really I cannot understand "security reasons" regarding virtual slides: are they afraid of links? But nowadays all users are smart enough... This world sometimes is going became more and more paranoic:):):)(NO USERS- TOTAL SECURITY). Anyway, I always try to depict all cases in standard manner (photos). Thank you a lot for all done and will be done.

Last point: negative CD8 photos were apended.
