A young man of 29 years complaining of bilateral nodular swelling and oedema of the neck. Treated for TBC 6 month ago. disease has lated 2 years.

Aspiration of the cervical lymph node with many cells of varing size.

A diagnosis of Lymphoma can it be accepted?

the pictures from this aspiration show a high grade malignant process  
I am not sure this is a lymphoma  
 
Cells are very big, there are some features of hemophagocytosis  
nuclei are very big with several nucleoli  
 
What about an histiocytic malignant tumour  
 
An urgent lymph node biopsy is should be done
