total replacement of the hematopiesis by a histocyte-rich process with scattered centroblastoid cells. One DD that has to be immediately verified/falsified is mycobacterial "pseudosarcoma" - plase stain the case with PAS and ZN. Storage diseases must be ruled out as well - Giemsa, D-PAS? Of couse the case has to be worked-up with basic immunohistochemisty including CD3, CD20, CD30, CD68, S100

Yes, Hodgkin is a DD, therefore - CD30
