I see a poorly processed BM biopsy without clear-cut evidence of myeloblastic leukemia, but with increase of histiocytes (any indication of storage disease?). Based on the data shared and the morphology, I can not establish a specific diagnosis, yet I would recommend re-running the dehydration procedure and re-slicing the biopsy asking the biotechnicians to slice 1.5-2 micron thick sections and staining them for H&E and PAS. Afterwards you may upload better images.
