10yr femlae with gangrenous small bowel and mesenteric lymphadenopathy.Sections from small gut showed mixed inflammation and necrosis,small frgments of lymphnode submitted.

Looks as a reactive lymph node with sinus histiocytosis. For principal reasons an ALK or/and CD30 staining may be considered to excluded an ALCL with sinus-associated infiltration pattern.

Thank you, we do not have ALK but can do CD30.will update accordingly
