I see blood and fibrin-filled spaces in the vicinity of hematopoiesis with left hsifter myelopoiesis. Though not beening able to see giant cells and the exact radiology of the process and not knowing which bone is affected, my working hypothesis would be of an unicameral bone cyst or differentially of an aneurysmal bone cyst.

Please give information which bone has been affected and any additional rdaiologic findings.
