Dr. Darius , I don't believe in EBV -associated lymphadeniotis .Cytologically the peculiar giant cells in that case have the morphology of megakaryocates. Furthermore the MPO reaction shows lots of immature myeloid precursor cells and also there are promonocytes at CD68 stain . Therefore I diagnose the infiltration of a lymph node by myeloproliferative disorder such as IMF in transformation or acute myeloid leukemia. Peripheral blood and bone marrow values would be very helpful. In oder to explain the peculiar LMP reaction I have seen non-specific reactivity of LMP in megakaryocytes.I would be grateful to get some response4 or confirmation .(I don't know , how to move my comment to the gallery)
