Swelling over      proximal    tibia,    about   1  year. Recurred   after   excisional  biopsy.
 
X-ray not   available; -  described  as:   proximal diaphysis:  periosteal    reaction,    endosteal  contour  irregular.
 
Received:   fragments,  mainly   soft  tissue.
 

 
Problem:  Our  impression:  Ewing  sarcoma, mainly involving  the  soft  tissue. Our  concern:  are  the   cells  not   too  spindly ?  Thanks !
