We  have  discussed   this  patient's  finger  tumor      end of last  year (398'499)  and   with   your    (Prof.  Kunze)  help   I  made  the   diagnosis  of  a   sweat  gland  tumor, probably  porocarcinoma.

Now  we   receive  a  mass   form   the     axilla  of  the   same  side,  diameter   6   cm,  well   delimited,  cutsurface    gray-white,  solid  with  central hemorrhage.  More  than  in  the   primary    the    dominant  pattern  is    spindled.  I  regret  the   poor   quality  of  my   slide.

I have no own experience with lymph node metastases of porocarcinomas. The metastatic tumor tissue looks like a spindle cell carcinoma without a clearcut squamous differentiation. Nevertheless, I'm convinced of a causal relationship of both findings.

I have not seen the lesion on the finger, but this is compatible with a metastatic carcinoma
