The case does not meet criteria of CMML and CNL. Because of the leukocytosis and dysplasia, my working hypothesis would be aCML. Wouls it be possible to stain the case for CD14, Cd123, TDT and Gömöri?

CD14+ or CD123+ only single cells (PHOTOS SKIPPED). TdT+ interstitial hematogones (bit more than usual)(PHOTO ADDED) and strange "noise" in granulopiesis cytoplasm.

well the findings supprt the working hypothesis, but please not that aCML is an integrative diagnosis (smear, genetics etc.)
