hypercelular bone marrow with atypical megakaryocytes and diffuse spread of larger cells of unknown histogenesis. I woudl suggest adding a T-cel and a B-cell staining, CD34, E-cadherin, a PAS and a Giemsa stain to verify/falsify some differential diagnoses.
