54yr female with severe backache for 3 months, CT-scan shows some osteoblastic lesions on the lumbar spine. CBC shows normal counts

This is a very difficult case and requires immunocytochemistry to establish the cell type. I favour a large cell lymphoma based on the pattern, the cell size and anaplastic morphology. To prove this will require antibody stains.
